RxPharmacist may revise these terms of use at anytime without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of use.

SHIPPING

We want to ensure fast shipping to our customers! Please ensure that you want to order the product before placing it on the website and provide the correct shipping information. Please allow up to 10 business days for books to shipped to the address you specified. If you do not receive your book within 10 business days, please contact us. If you would like faster shipping times than these, you may request faster shipping by contacting us directly. Faster, expedited shipping times do incur additional fees. We do not do international shipping outside of the United States at this time.

We will attempt to reach out to you via email once within 24 hours of your order to contact you on estimated shipping times to make you aware. You will have 72 hours to respond to our email via email. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will process your order. At that point, we will be unable to process a refund.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Buyer consumes all risks of lost shipments, applicable taxes, and fees. At this time, we do not offer returns on products shipped. Purchase is non-refundable.

ONLINE COURSE ACCESS

Please note that once purchasing an online course, you will only have 90-days worth of access after the time of purchase. If you need more than 90-days, please contact us directly at help@rxpharmacist.com.

USER SECURITY OBLIGATIONS

You agree to make reasonable efforts to ensure that no one other than you, (the “Authorized User”) obtains access, electronically or otherwise, to this site with your login credentials. In the event that you have reason to believe that someone has obtained unauthorized access to this site, you agree (i) to notify RxPharmacist at help@rxpharmacist.com within 24 hours of all information in your possession regarding such potential unauthorized access, (ii) to take reasonable action to resolve the unauthorized access, and (iii) to cooperate with RxPharmacist in eliminating the unauthorized access. Your liability for unauthorized access is limited so long as you, the Authorized User, has not willfully breached the limitations on your license.

TERMINATION

Subject to the foregoing, your license to use the Site will continue for the term of your subscription, provided that you have complied with these Terms. Note that access expires when the day begins; for example, if access expires on December 15, 2019 the access ends after midnight on December 14, 2019. RxPharmacist reserves the right to terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the Site at its discretion upon written notice, as provided herein. RxPharmacist reserves the right, at its sole discretion to tender a prorated refund of any fees paid for the license. Upon any termination, RxPharmacist may immediately deactivate your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to your account information and the Site.

YOUR PRIVACY

In order to provide our customers with all the services included in the subscription and grant access to this site, RxPharmacist obtains information such as the customer’s name, address, email address, phone number, payment information, etc. We treat this information as confidential and use it to provide you with the best service possible. We will never release any of this information to any outside organization for such organization’s own commercial or marketing use and has a policy against doing so. We do not engage in renting out, selling, or trading names of subscribers or any information about any subscriber.

Finally, completion of this program does not guarantee a passing score on the any of the exams mentioned above. There are NO REFUNDS after registration and course access.

LIMITATIONS

In no event shall RxPharmacist, LLC be liable for any damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the material on the RxPharmacist’s  internet site, even if RxPharmacist, LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

RxPharmacist does not warrant that any of the materials on its website or printed notes are accurate, complete or current. RxPharmacist may make changes to the material at anytime without notice.  RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

 Any dispute arising from, relating to or in any manner connected with this Agreement shall be construed under and resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, exclusive of its choice of law principles. Any such dispute shall be litigated only in the state or federal courts of Florida.
